Women's Academic Performance

The campaign on Women's Academic Performance continues the Women's Campaign's work with CUSU Academic Affairs to pressure the University to take action concerning the gender inequalities in education at Cambridge. Following the Women's Campaign 2015, 'Mind the Gap', WomCam is committed to addressing inequality in performance within the university.

We are pushing for more coursework, more diverse reading lists, as well as insisting on more feedback from exams. We are also working with the university to improve supervisor training and encourage different learning styles.

Through these tangible changes, the Women's Campaign hopes to improve women's academic performance throughout the University.
