It is important that you use contraception as protection against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and, if you can get pregnant, to ensure that you don’t get pregnant if you don’t want to.

However, there are a lot of different types of contraception available in the UK so it is important that you choose one that you feel comfortable with. Have a look at the NHS websites information about contraception to see the different contraceptive options currently available.

CUSU provides condoms, femidoms and dental dams at CUSU reception.
